Who is God? Is he someone of infinite power, is he capable of creating and destroying our world? Or we are just made to believe so?
Believe is a strong word. It is often said what we believe, we become. But it’s not just a philosophy. In terms of science we call it the Placebo effect. Our mind has capabilities to do strangest thing , whatever it beleives, it maks the body do it. We can be given just an empty pill but can still pull through serious conditions because our brain believes so. Placebo effect is approved by many scientists and is also believed to be as helpful as traditional treatments.
But what it has to do with our topic? Sometimes we experience things which makes us believe in supernatural ,but how much of it is true . Sometimes we are forced to believe in something just because we don’t have a genuine answer for it. The point is do God really exist or it is a mere Placebo and if he really exist then is our technology lagging behind still that we cannot find even a bit of his presence scientifically.
Charles Darwin in the year 1859 publish an article on theory of evolution in his book the origin of species it held the idea of how humans were not the creation of God but were formed from some other creature living in less fittable form in nature. His ideas were greatly criticized and he was made fun of . People called him mad and all because he hurt the sentiments of people . But eventually he got recognised and scientist from all over the world believed him. He changed the way people thought about God in that century. People initially believed that humans were the best creation of God but according to him we were just a more adopted form of an already existing creature.
Today the meaning of God has changed. He is in many ways the ruler of this world. If we put to vote that do God exist, most probable answers would be the two extreme ends of the question that is either yes or no but there can be something intermediate between them which can be correct.
In 1935 Erwin Schrodinger performed an hypothetical experiment which is commonly known as s Schrodinger’s cat experiment. In the experiment a cat was locked in a box with some poison and radioactive matter. After a while the probability of cat to die and to be alive was equal so now the cat could be said to be alive and dead at the same time as the Copenhagen theory suggested. The only way to find the real situation of the cat was to look inside the box. This was not a real situation but an hypothetical experiment made by Schrodinger to prove that how misinterpretation of quantum physics can lead to absurd results. But isn’t our God situation just like that of Schrodinger’s cat? So now can we say that God exist and do not at the same time? of course because the only way to know the situation is to look inside the box and in the present case there is no box so scientifically speaking God exist and do not at the same time.
But that’s when the beautiful nature of the science plays its role. You see it doesn’t really matter if you consider its existence or not it does not change anything. All the formulas, all the equations formed will hold the correctness.
Now isnti this a real-world thing. How often do we came across people who does not believe in God but are their life any different ? They live the same life as that of one who believes.
So the conclusion is it does not matter if the God exists or not it’s just the way we take it , if you consider the God living, all our equations of life and things around us will always remind us of God and his existence. But on the other hand if we do not it will not change the things, we will still experience the same things we used to experience before but this time we will believe it as coincidence or bad luck.
